MT-45 (IC-6) ist ein Opioid-Analgetikum. Es ist chemisch gesehen ein 1-substituiertes-4-(1,2-Diphenylethyl)Piperazin-Derivat, das strukturell nichts mit den meisten anderen Opioid-Medikamenten zu tun hat.

Racemic MT-45 hat rund 80% die Wirksamkeit von Morphin, wobei fast die gesamte Opioidaktivität in der Region angesiedelt ist (S) Enantiomer.

Es wurde als Leitsubstanz verwendet, aus der eine große Familie wirksamer Opioid-Medikamente entwickelt wurde, including full agonists, partial agonists, and antagonists at the three main opioid receptor subtypes.

Recreational use of MT-45 has been associated with hearing loss and unconsciousness.

MT-45 Application:

1. Increase sexual desire and function for men and women, and minimal or no undesirable side effects.

2. Decrease body fat mass and reduce food intake, and induce skin tanning at low doses.
