MT-45 (IC-6) opioid analjezik bir ilaçtır. Kimyasal olarak 1-sübstitüe-4-(1,2-difeniletil)piperazin türevi, yapısal olarak diğer opioid ilaçların çoğuyla ilgisi olmayan.

Rasemik MT-45 civarında 80% morfinin gücü, opioid aktivitesinin neredeyse tamamı (S) enantiyomer.

MT-45 Application:

1. Increase sexual desire and function for men and women, and minimal or no undesirable side effects.

2. Decrease body fat mass and reduce food intake, and induce skin tanning at low doses.
