Gonadorelin (GnRH – Gonadotropin salgılayan hormon), luteinize edici hormon salgılayan hormon ve luliberin olarak da bilinir, Folikül uyarıcı hormonun salınmasından sorumlu bir trofik peptid hormonudur. (FSH) ve luteinize edici hormon (sol) ön hipofiz bezinden. Gonadorelin (GnRH) hipotalamustaki nöronlardan sentezlenir ve salınır. Bu peptit gonadotropin salgılayan hormon ailesine aittir..
