Epiandrosteron är en dehydroepiandrosteronmetabolit och en föregångare till testosteron och östradiol med hypolipidemiska och anabola egenskaper, även allmänt känd som Epi-Andro eller 3β-androsteron. Det produceras naturligt av enzymet 5α-reduktas från binjurehormonet DHEA, och kan även omvandlas från de naturliga steroiderna androstandiol via 17β-hydroxisteroiddehydrogenas eller från androstandion via 3β-hydroxisteroiddehydrogenas.
